4 charged in connection with teenager’s drowning
Four people are facing charges related to the drowning of a 15-year-old boy last month.Police said the teenager drowned in Governors Lake in Raymond after a canoe he was in flipped over.Raymond police have now arrested and charged three adults and one juvenile in connection with the case.Police said the boy had been out on the water on April 26 with three friends when the canoe capsized. Raymond police have now arrested and charged three adults and one juvenile in connection with the case.

Two adults, Justin Sargent, 34, and Kaileigh Sargent, 35, of Raymond, have been charged with facilitating an underage alcohol and/or drug house party and intentional contribution to the delinquency of a minor.
A third adult is charged with prohibited sales, and the juvenile is charged with unlawful possession-intoxication.
Karma Smoke & Beer Outlet in Raymond is facing an administrative charge of prohibited sales.
Raymond police have not responded to a request for further comment. The store hung up when News 9 asked if it had any comment.
